Passion Fruit Bubba Tea from Ten Ren

Whenever I pay a visit to my beloved hometown Taipei, a trip to the Gong Guan (公館 台北 ) area is expected. It really is right beyond the bridge coming from Yong Ho district, and next to the Taipei’s most prestigious university (National Taiwan University or NTU).

Along with having plenty of smaller moms and pops sort of retailers and stores (I am talking about inescapable string stores such the like of Happy Family grocery chains, 7-Eleven, a minimum of one Star bucks), there exists a multitude to a countless number of typical to incredibly good food, on top of that very economical.

Most of us have experienced starvation during college days at some point, so great quality meals on the affordable side are a must. Regrettably, in most cases, the normal American university town food is just not inexpensive, specifically in contrast. On the other hand, a positive thing for students from NTU, in case you are disposed to go around, you can find cheap meal and beverage all over the place. Which means avoid being a silly NTU student and consume meals inside the university, in which there exists a Burger King along with a local Korean spot that does not seem totally fascinating.

Ahhh refreshments….a great deal of locations that serve the ubiquitous green teas, Bubba drinks and a lot more. One of the best acknowledged brand names is Ten Ren Tea Station (which obviously gives off everything in California either South or North). One of my fave flavor is Passion Fruit Bubble Tea, anyway, a NT$75 for any awesome cup of lemon kumquat green tea is relatively inexpensive by California norm yet exorbitant for locals.
